Are You Ready For A Twilight Video Game?

Almost every big-budget movie these days goes out with an accompanying video game release and with a hit movie like the Twilight and a million dollar opportunity for it, it is not hard to imagine one would somehow be created. Nick Gibson, an analyst said “Given how hot a property it is, Twilight could easily present a seven-figure exploitation opportunity,” in an interview with a British trade paper.

Gibson added that such game would perform well with the broader audiences of the Nintendo’s Wii and DS machines, and would be unlikely to be targeted at gamers with Xbox 360s and PS3s.

“The brands appeal could actually extend significantly beyond the expected teen girl market and into the 20- to 30-year-old female market, which has a very substantial crossover into gaming,” he said.
